1. I confirm that I am over 18 years old,
2. I understand that by entering the following pages, I will encounter various forms of erotic content that I do not find offensive, do not disturb me, and that I wish to view.
3. I am entering solely out of personal interest and not for professional reasons, meaning I am not collecting this material for further publication or sale and do not intend to harm the portal administrators!

I commit that I will not publish content that is malicious, offensive, defamatory, hateful, threatening, illegal, or any other content that could criminally, legally, or morally harm other users, members, or the portal administrators. In the event of posting such content, I take full moral and legal responsibility.
7. The portal administrator reserves the right to permanently or temporarily, partially or fully, block access to the portal at any time (it may also notify your internet provider). For this reason, the IP addresses of all published ads are stored to resolve disputed cases. You agree that the administrator, manager, or moderator of the portal has the right to remove, edit, move, or close any ad and profile permanently or temporarily as necessary. In cases of suspected violations of the portal's terms of use, or if a member uses their account in a way that is legally questionable, the administrator reserves the right to review the member's communication, gallery, and ads. If violations are confirmed, the user can be permanently or temporarily removed, and if necessary, violations may be reported to relevant authorities. As a user, you agree that all data you have entered is stored in a database. In case of account suspension due to violations of the terms of use or suspicion of a criminal act, your data may be stored in the database for up to 12 months. The administrator, administrators, and moderators do not assume responsibility for any attempted intrusion into the database that could compromise this data or for system errors beyond their control.
The portal administrator reserves the right to restrict access to the web portal to specific members only in justified cases, such as suspicion of illegal work, system abuse, posting illegal content, offensive or otherwise hateful speech, etc., where the block will initially be temporary; if the member does not follow the portal administrator's instructions and does not rectify the violations, the portal administrator will permanently restrict access to the portal.
8. A member may, if they wish, delete their account from Avanture.net. After deletion, the member also commits to respecting the portal's terms of use, which they accepted upon registration, and agrees not to disclose any data related to Avanture.net to third parties. They also commit not to use any data concerning the Avanture.net site or its members in malicious ways against current and former portal members or against the portal administrators and authors themselves. Upon submitting a deletion request, all user data enters a so-called quarantine lasting up to 3 weeks. During quarantine, using the same username and email address is impossible, but the user can restore their account upon request. After the quarantine period, all user data is irrevocably deleted, and account recovery is no longer possible. If the user has communicated with the editorial team via the support portal podpora.avantmedia.si during their account's existence, the submitted requests are stored for one year. The Avanture.net portal database and the support portal database are not linked.
9. The Avanture.net portal also offers the possibility of commercial advertising through ad banners. The price and schedule of advertising are agreed upon with the portal administrator before the start, depending on the amount of impressions purchased and the execution time. The initial advertising price is €0.15/1000 impressions. Any advertising of websites or products without the knowledge of the portal administrators is prohibited and is punishable by a permanent ban from the portal. If a user is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur and posts an ad, album, profile, or contacts users via private messages or chat without permission, they agree that advertising is charged. The daily price of advertising without the portal administrator's knowledge is €50. The billing unit is the day, and billing starts from the date of the first publication. Commercial advertising includes promoting other websites, products, companies, and services. If the administration finds unauthorized advertising, the profile and ad are removed, and the data is stored as evidence. The user agrees to pay the advertising costs within 15 days of invoice issuance. If the invoice is unpaid, forced collection is initiated.
10. All ads where you request a service in return for a meeting fall into the escort category. Such ads posted in other categories will be deleted along with the user profile. Profiles that misuse other sections of the site, such as galleries and chat, for escort services or excessive self-promotion will also be blocked. The editorial team considers excessive self-promotion in the gallery system as frequent deletion and re-uploading of the same or similar albums every few hours. In the chat system, it includes repeating the same messages within a short time in the public part of the chat, disturbing other users who use the chat for general conversation. The editorial team does not oppose posting original images and using chat in a way that enriches the portal content and enhances the user experience but will block all profiles that misuse these systems.
11. All ads where you offer erotic massage services belong to the Erotic Massage category. Such ads in other categories will be deleted, and if violations are repeated, account suspension will follow. You must have a registered business for massage services and include the business registration number in the ad. Any ads that do not include the registration number will be removed along with the profile. The editorial team is not responsible if you provide a false or incorrect registration number, as neither the editorial team nor the portal administrator is required to verify the accuracy of the registration number of the business performing the massage services. If the editorial team is informed of such abuse, the user’s account will be blocked.
12. The portal is primarily intended for posting ads for private contacts. Ads where you sell, rent, or lend various movable and immovable property do not belong on the site. Exceptions are possible with prior agreement with the editorial team but only in the Other section. If you post such an ad without prior approval, your ad and profile will be deleted.
13. The portal administrator does not support any form of illegal work. If you post an ad for a financial return service, it is assumed that you have a legally regulated business and can issue an invoice for your services. Otherwise, posting ads or communicating with other portal members is not allowed. If a violation is determined, the ads are deleted, and your data may be forwarded to the market inspectorate for appropriate action.
14. Duplicate profiles of the same user without explicit permission from the editorial team are not allowed. If the editorial team determines that you have multiple profiles on the portal, you agree that additional profiles will be deleted without prior notice. If duplicate profiles significantly differ in user data (gender, age, description) and mislead other users, all will be deleted. If the profiles do not differ significantly, the administrator or moderator may delete additional profiles at their discretion.
15. The Avanture.net portal is intended for online member communication. If you arrange a meeting through Avanture.net, the meeting is at your own risk.
16. Privacy protection. The Avanture.net portal collects users' email addresses, access IP addresses, phone numbers (only upon registration), device ID, and, in the case of a verified profile, a photo. All data is electronically stored and appropriately software- and technically protected. With consent, the email address is used for occasional notifications, while other data is not processed. Data is not disclosed to third parties unless the user breaks the law and data needs to be provided to law enforcement authorities based on a court order.
17. Posting ads and accessing the chat room are available to premium and verified members. Premium membership is paid and charged according to the published price list. Verified membership is available by user choice and is free. It is granted by the editorial team after reviewing the user's account. For account verification, a photo must be uploaded to the gallery, confirming the user's gender and username. The photo does not need to contain elements that could compromise the user's anonymity. The editorial team advises against uploading facial images and known surroundings for verification. Users have the option to upload the photo anonymously so it is not visible to other portal members. The photo can be deleted after verification, and deleted photos are not stored.
18. The Avanture.net portal web application is in development and upgrade phases. Use of the Avanture.net web application is free while it is in development, except for certain additional services, which are clearly marked. During development, errors in operation and use may occur. Portal use is therefore at the user's own risk. The portal authors commit to resolving errors as soon as possible.
19. The portal administrator offers two types of access - a free account with limited functions and a paid Premium account with access to additional services. The membership fee is charged in advance for the selected period. The Premium account can be set for one, three, six, or twelve months, and billing is according to the published price list. If the portal user (member) is a consumer (i.e., an individual using the portal's services outside their professional or commercial activity), the portal administrator is responsible for any material defects in services. In the case of a valid complaint, the user has all legal rights. Premium membership payment is possible through direct bank transfer or payment processors such as:

- CommerceGate: which enables credit card payment. Support
For all listed payment processors, you will be redirected to their page. After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to Avanture.net. If you have any issues with the payment, please open a ticket on podpora.avantmedia.si or send an email to [email protected].
20. If you are a consumer and decide to subscribe to a paid Premium package, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to notify the portal administrator of contract cancellation within 14 days without providing a reason. As a consumer, you do not have the right to cancel the contract if the administrator fully performs the service. You may submit your cancellation notification through the form on podpora.avantmedia.si or by sending an email to [email protected]. The cancellation will be timely if the notification is sent within the specified period. In case of justified cancellation, the administrator will refund all payments within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your bank account. If the transaction was made through a card or Valu system, it could be refunded to the card or Valu account.
21. If you request cancellation of the Premium package and request service initiation during the cancellation period, you agree to pay a portion of the membership fee proportionate to usage until cancellation. If you have already paid the entire membership fee, the refund will cover the remaining period.
22. If your profile is suspended due to violations of the general terms, illegal activities, or inappropriate behavior, a proportional refund of the membership fee is not possible. Contact support at podpora.avantmedia.si for conditions on profile reinstatement.
23. The portal administrator reserves the right to change the terms of use following portal development or the addition of new features. Changes to the general terms apply to new members who register after the change or extend their membership. If changes are applicable to existing members, they will be notified through the public part of the portal.
24. In case of disputes, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act apply.
